My time at 4iiii Innovations provided me the opportunity to experience the importance of design for manufacturability, continuous improvement & optimization, and the ripple effect that engineering decisions have on the entire design process.
One of the most critical lessons was the role of Design for Manufacturability (DFM). DFM serves as the linchpin between a product's design and its large-scale manufacturability.
At 4iiii Innovations' I was exposed to the importance of continuous improvement and optimization. I learned that even the smallest changes could have a significant impact on the manufacturing process.
Working across various manufacturing phases taught me that everything is interconnected. Even minor changes could have a ripple effect, affecting other aspects of manufacturing.
My time at 4iiii Innovations was incredibly enriching. The philosophies of DFM and continuous improvement are something I intend to carry forward in my career.
